Minimum Qualifications - Degree in Mining Engineering
Minimum Experience - 0 - 3 Years in Field in Coal Mining Operations desirable
Desirable Working Knowledge of Mine Planning & Scheduling Software like MINEX / DATAMINE / VULCAN etc. Bid management, Financial Modeling and Technical Advices.

Key Responsibilities:
ï‚  Assist Mining Team in various Consultancy / Transaction Advisory assignments.
ï‚  Assist the team in evaluation of various Techno-commercial options in terms of Mining Methodology & Equipment Configuration, Estimation of CAPEX & OPEX for various Opencast and Underground Projects etc.
ï‚  Assist in preparation of Mine Plan, DPR & taking other pre developmental clearances.
ï‚  Shall have to undertake extensive Data-search related to latest developments in the Mining and Natural Resources sectors (both on National & International fronts)
ï‚  Shall be responsible in identifying new opportunities for growth and diversification
Eligibility:
ï‚  Experience in Mechanized Underground / Opencast Coal Mining
ï‚  Experience of Financial Modeling for Coal & Energy related projects
ï‚  Should be able to demonstrate expertise in the quantitative and analytical practices related to the Natural Resources & Energy sector and should be able to undertake detailed cost and financial analysis for Natural Resources & Energy sector
ï‚  Should be able to undertake detailed cost and financial analysis for green field & brown field Mining Projects & development of Financial Models.
ï‚  Should be able to demonstrate team spirit while working with a diverse team of professionals.
ï‚  Should be conversant with preparation of Feasibility Report / Detailed Project Report /Tender documents etc.
Desired Profile:
ï‚  Bachelors' / Masters Degree from a leading university in Mining Engineering. MBA will be an added advantage.
ï‚  Previous coal mining experience is desirable, preferably in Private Sector Corporates.
ï‚  Working Knowledge of Mine Planning & Scheduling Softwares like MINEX / DATAMINE / VULCAN etc. will be desirable.
ï‚  Prior experience of working in Management Consulting is desirable.
ï‚  Should have knowledge of Underground and Opencast Coal mining Technologies.
ï‚  Good Costing & Financial analysis skills pertaining to the sector.
ï‚  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity would be an important criteria
ï‚  Ability to comfortably interact with clients in a professional and mature manner
ï‚  Comfort in and commitment to strong teamwork environment
