    Sound working knowledge of MS Office specially MS-Word & MS- Excel and PowerPoint.

    Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive

    Ability to comfortably interact with clients in a professional and mature manner

    Willingness to travel at short notice is a must.

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

    Create & Identify new tender opportunities and converting the opportunities into mandates in Infrastructure Group.

    Shall be responsible for Research in Infrastructure sector.

    Should have awareness about Research Websites.

    Should be well versed with Drafting of documents & preparation of information memorandum.

    Good understanding of legal documents.

    Discuss Tender with Team Leader & take approval from management for participation {Incl. Scope of Work / QR (Do / Not to Do)} & Participation in the Pre Bid Meetings

    Discuss the Snapshot of Bid and Send Queries, Clarifications & Relaxations (If any) and Follow up

    Track Corrigendum ’s & intimate Team Members on the amendments / modifications.

    Discuss the documents required for the tender submission with Team Leader.

    Internal follow-up for participation in Tender process and prepare necessary MIS for participation, Tenders submitted etc

    Co-ordinate with Accounts departments to ensure timely preparation of EMD, DD, PBG etc.

    Co-ordinate with all departments to ensure timely processing and submission of tenders.

    Incase of Non Selection follow up for Refund of EMD, Reply to Clarification to the Queries of Authority.

    Incase of Issue of LoA/LoI, prepare File, Internal Approval note and signoff on the Internal Approval Note.

    Initiate Internal Meeting for Handover of LoA/LoI to Project Execution Team.

    Identify Consortium partners and co-ordinate with them for consortium biddings.

    Follow the Standard Operating procedures and systems for tender Execution activities like approval forms for EMD & Tender Cost, Sign off for submission of Bid Proposals, etc. as per approved templates/approval forms.

    Update MIS of Live Tenders, EMD & Submission on a weekly basis.

    Update Project Experience credentials on a weekly basis.

    Documentation to be filed in chronological order in physical as well as in server.

    Shall be responsible to support overall business integration for seamless growth, through proposals, emails, Phone calls, meetings, etc.

    Shall be responsible to create and maintain effective relations with Clients on a continuous basis for work generation & generating fresh & new mandates.

    Shall be responsible to undertake travel to various clients’ offices across India for interaction and PowerPoint presentation on the business proposal.
