• Should have working experience in switchyards, Distribution / Transmission line and substation.
• Shall be responsible for Execution of Mandates for Power including Generation / Transmission / Distribution and Renewable Energy Projects such as Solar, Wind & Biomass.
• Shall have to undertake extensive research related to Power / Clean Energy sector and identify opportunities for growth and diversification.
• Should have 2-5 yrs of experience of the Power Sector either in Generation, Transmission and Distribution or Renewable Energy sector such as Solar, Wind & Biomass.
• Should have good skills in the quantitative and analytical practices related to the  power sector and should be able to undertake detailed cost and financial analysis for green & brown field projects in power including Financial Models for Tariff calculations.
• Should be able to handle projects independently as when assigned including Technical and financial Matters.

 Bachelors' in Electrical Engineering from a leading university. MBA will be an added advantage.

 Knowledge of Transformer Rating, Winding Ratio, Specification and Rating of Cables, Control Systems, Protection Systems Calculation of Ampere Ratings of Cables, CT, PT ratings standards, etc.

 Previous Power (Renewable Energy) Sector Experience is Desirable.

 Should have Sound knowledge of Power & Clean Energy Sector.

 Good Costing & Financial analysis skills pertaining to the sector.

 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity

 Ability to comfortably interact with clients in a professional and mature manner

 Outstanding ethics, integrity and judgment

 Strong intellectual curiosity

 Comfort in and commitment to strong teamwork environment

 Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive

 Sound working knowledge of Excel and Power Point is desirable

 Willingness to travel at short notice is a must.
