Research the number of tenders as per Goal on a daily basis and update the Daily Tracker meticulously.
To study Bid Documents, prepare Tender synopsis, raise bid queries and define project requirements
Discuss and share with the Team the new ideas to generate number of tenders to match the value as per Goal.
Highlight & discuss the excetions (important clauses) in the tenders.
Assist the team in providing all necessary details in the preparation of Snapshot, Executive Note for tenders identified and also created.
Assist the team in the creation of Model Tender document within 2 days of ideation and creation.
Provide all necessary details of those tenders identified by you for presentation on the following days.
To analyse commercial, legal and technical aspects of the bid
Assist the team in Sectoral Research & Data mining for non-tender business proposals.
Parallely track new updates n various projects, policy changes, notifications, news articles, etc. pertaining to NRE, INFRA, RAILWAYS, PORTS, HIGHWAYS & IB along with the Team.
Assist the team in the Identification of JV/Consortium Partners as per the requisite of Tender dcuments/Authorities.
Authenticity of the credentials to be thoroughly checked before taking Go/No Go from management for participation in the bid.
Provide assistance to Team Leader in the preparation of Competition Mapping.
Track Corrigendum’s & intimate Team Members on the amendments / modifications on real time basis, to be incorporated in the daily tracker.
Maintain excellent rapport with all cross functional Teams.
